Booking and Payment
Booking: All tours can be booked through our website at www.beyondthedocktours.com or by phone at 907-738-0046.

Payment: Payment is required prior to the start of your tour. You can opt to pay at the time of booking or select "Pay Later" and we can run your card at the time of your pick-up. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, or US cash.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations by You: We understand that plans can change. Please notify us of your cancellation by email at beyondthedocktours@gmail.com or by phone at 907-738-0046 as soon as possible.

We offer a full refund (minus credit card fees) for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the tour date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 6 days of the tour date.

Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund or offer you the option to reschedule your tour for a later date.

Tour Modifications and Changes
We strive to create the perfect itinerary for your Alaskan adventure. However, we understand that sometimes changes may be necessary.

Modifications by You: Minor modifications to your tour itinerary may be possible with advanced notice and subject to availability.

Changes by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to make changes to your tour itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options.
Pricing and Inclusions

Tour Prices: Tour prices are listed on our website are per person and include transportation and guide fees.

Not Included: Prices do not include gratuities or entrance fees for additional excursions or activities.

Health and Safety:
Your safety is our top priority. We encourage you to dress appropriately for the weather conditions and sturdy, comfortable shoes for walking.

Children under the age of 8 must be secured in a booster seat or car seat. We do have 1 booster seat available and can help connect you with a rental vendor if you need to secure additional seats.

Please advise us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your participation in the tour.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who behaves in a way that disrupts the safety and enjoyment of other guests.

Insurance
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation or medical emergencies.
