Welcome to Beyond the Dock Tours! We're thrilled you're considering an adventure with us in beautiful Sitka, Alaska. These terms and conditions outline the expectations for both you and Beyond the Dock Tours to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

1. Booking and Payment:

Tours can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly.

Payment is required prior to the start of your tour. You can opt to pay at the time of booking or select "Pay Later" and we can run your card at the time of your pick-up. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, or US cash.

We offer a full refund (minus credit card processing fees) for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the tour date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 6 days of the tour date.

A full refund will be issued if the ship isn’t able to make port in Sitka due to weather or is otherwise canceled by the cruise ship company. Please call 907-738-0046 to start a refund due to ship cancellation.

2. Tour Conduct:

All tours require a minimum of 2 participants. We reserve the right to cancel tours that do not meet the minimum requirement and offer a full refund or you can opt to pay the 2 person rate.

Tour itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or at the discretion of your guide to ensure safety and enjoyment.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner towards the guide, fellow participants, and the environment.

Safety first! Please follow your guide's instructions and adhere to all safety guidelines throughout the tour. Beyond the Dock Tours is not liable for any accidents or injuries sustained during the tour.

3. Personal Belongings:

Beyond the Dock Tours LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the tour.

4. Photography:

You are encouraged to take photos and videos during your tour for personal use.

By participating in the tour, you grant Beyond the Dock Tours LLC the right to use photos and videos featuring you for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included in any marketing materials, please inform your guide before the tour begins.

5. Liability:

Beyond the Dock Tours LLC acts as a tour operator and is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the tour beyond our control.

6. Insurance:

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen circumstances.
